Order Notice and Return Policy
Notes for placing an order:
- Before confirming the order, please be sure to check the ordered goods and quantity clearly, because the store does not accept changes or cancellations of orders. After the payment is successful, it means that you have agreed to our return policy.
- After completing the payment, please check whether the registered email address has received the order notification email from us. If you have not received the order notification email, please contact our customer service to arrange to resend it.
- After receiving the order notification email, please wait until you receive the pickup email notification before picking up the order at the store.
- Store self-pickup is valid for 7 days. If you do not pick up the goods at the store within 7 days, the order will be cleared without any notice.
- When you pick it up at the store, please check in person whether the product is correct. If there is a mistake or the quantity of the product does not match, please report it to the clerk immediately.
- If you find that the product is damaged or defective, the tin foil bag is bulging, or there is a peculiar smell when you take it apart, please do not eat it, and please apply for a replacement at the pick-up store or contact our customer service.
If you need to apply for a replacement, please pay attention to the following rules:
- Keep the order number or pickup receipt.
- Products that have been opened for consumption, use, or any damage caused by personal reasons will not be returned or exchanged.
The procedures for purchasing and replacing goods are as follows:
- Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts and related gifts, and then take photos and provide them to our customer service.
- After the staff confirms that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, they will notify you of the exchange situation.
- We will arrange for a pickup email notification within 7 working days.
